I want to thank you for making Jennies wedding so special in October. You all were so great to work with. Everything was just perfect, the day, the place, and the food. I had so many people tell me that the Buck Ridge was so beautiful and that the food was the best they had ever eaten.

Dear Buckridge,
I had my wedding at the plantation this past Saturday, May 19 [2007]. Randy was there to help whenever he could. He and the other people at Buckridge made that day the best day of my life. The scenery was absolutely gorgeous.

The food was second to none. We really have to tip our hats to the chefs you guys have on board. Everyone was commenting even through the following day how beautiful the place was and how delicious the food was. There is even a group trying to plan my one year anniversary party for me next year at the same location just to get everyone back together at such a wonderful place.

It is not often you can find someone such as Randy that is willing to go the extra mile to accommodate and please strangers. He even brought out the tire repair kit and air tank and fixed two guests' flat tires for them at no charge. Just getting to talk and fish with him was a pleasure in itself.

Thanks again to everyone at Buckridge Plantation for giving me and my new bride a weekend that we will never forget. It was truly a once in a lifetime weekend. Hopefully we will be seeing you guys again in the future.

Mark,
Please forgive me for not getting in touch with you sooner about the wonderful, delicious rehearsal dinner that you and your staff provided us on October 6. Everyone raved about how delicious the food was. In fact, I wish that I had some of it right now. The staff was so pleasant and helpful as we decorated the tables and took down the decorations. We had a very pleasant experience and wanted to say thank you.

Dear Mark,
I hope you are doing well. I wanted to drop you a little note to thank you so much for helping make my wedding day such a special & unforgettable occasion. I cannot thank you enough. I have heard from so many guests that they have never seen such a beautiful reception. It is an unforgettable event we will always cherish.

Everyone has raved about the food! It was not only delicious, but the presentation was impeccable. No one had ever seen a strawberry & pineapple tree in the shape of a palm. Everything was fabulous. I know one of my friends that does not care for salmon nor pork tenderloin & loved yours! We had heard extremely nice compliments about everything from the hot dogs to the pineapple Barbados flambé station – from the fruit & cheeses to the shrimp and grits. Thank you also for our “to go” plates – we enjoyed them on the way back to Columbia.

You took my vision of everything I wanted and sky-rocketed it into perfection. You were so wonderful to work with & I sincerely thank you for all your hard work and dedication in making the reception perfect! I am unable to do justice to the wonderful compliments we have heard. Thank you so much & I hope to one day be able to work with you again.
