At Buck Ridge no adventure is complete without good food. In fact, some of our guests admit memories of our hearty breakfasts, intimate dinners, and sumptuous buffets are enough to bring them back to Buck Ridge Plantation time and again.

Our menu is overseen by Executive Chef Mark Gibson, who honed his skills at Charleston’s Mills House Hotel, the epitome of Southern hospitality and Lowcountry cuisine. At Buck Ridge, Chef Mark has developed his own signature style that combines Southern regional specialties with a gourmet flair. We are pleased to provide a wide range of dining events, from pre-dawn hunters’ breakfasts to sophisticated multi-course meals, to casual outdoor barbecues and oyster roasts.

Buck Ridge is a full service caterer, offering complete event planning and execution, including:
